Morgan made this joke up all on her own. It was several months ago, but she was able to share it with her doctor the other day, which pleased them both.
Morgan: Knock, Knock
Dr. Palley: Who's there?
Morgan: Pumpkin
Dr. Palley: Pumpkin who?
Morgan: Pumpkin Dr. Palley! (giggling like crazy)
Dr. Palley: Well that is a very good joke Morgan.
